They said they didn’t have any other rooms available when I was not satisfied with the cleanliness of the room which was not very believable given I was there on a Wednesday and it wasn’t busy. The front desk was not accommodating. Not worth it..

I had very high expectations for the Cosmo. Unfortunately the one bedroom suite was absolutely not worth the money. The room was not clean, the faucets did not work, the sink clogged, the light switches fell off and we kept having to put them on in order for them to work. If you are in Vegas looking for a suite, I would choose another property as for what you get is not ideal. However, I had two encounters at the front desk with Brandon and Carlos. I cannot say enough wonderful things about their kind, thoughtfulness, and attentiveness. They are why my time at the Cosmo was worth staying at the property. Just remember to not waste your money on a suite at the Cosmo, just get a regular room.
