Entire pool area was dilapidated. It was not heated as advertised, hot tub was completely inoperable. Pool cleaning equipment was strewn about the room and almost all of the lights in the room were burnt out. Front desk is consistently unstaffed with no help when you need it. The woman that sets up breakfast was incredibly rude and lacked social skills. We will not be staying here again.

What they say they all have online is false. They dont have anything. Their breakfast is little boxes of cereal and that was it. The beds very uncomfortably. Management is rude and worthless in helping.

Pros-Conveniently located, relatively quiet Cons-Wi-fi was down the majority of our stay, 1 of our rooms had a used washcloth hanging in the shower, pillows had a slight unpleasant odor to them and the pool and hot tub were unavailable for the duration of our stay.

This property was the most expensive on the market. We booked anyway for the convenience of the pool. It was shut down and has been for awhile. No mention of this was made until you walk into the hotel. The comforter had the remains of someone’s dinner on them. There was garbage behind the tv stand The room hasn’t been deep cleaned this year. Super dirty. The tub was stained and the water dripped all night. Don’t date your money on this place. When I asked for a discount to bring the price down 50$ to comparable properties I was told that 25$ was the best Expedia can do.

Booked the stay to allow our children to swim in the pool. When we arrived the pool was closed, Staff had no idea why or when it would be open again. At least they could have notified us that pool was closed before we traveled there

This is a great hotel is you are just looking for a place to crash for the night. The kitchen has limited hours and there seems to be few staff on site especially in the morning. I’ve stayed twice now and will stay again when I travel thru again.
