Very friendly staff and excellent location.

Everything about this hotel was excellent to customer service of front desk to staff at Quinto the cafe and also person that did valet parking. The property is perfect the location was right beside the mall also a lot of restaurants. The layout of the property is excellent, the filtered water in the room I used that a lot to the coffee machine. My birthday vacation was one for the books. The views the views was the highlight of the whole stay. Easy access to everything 1000/10

The staff were extremely helpful with storing our luggage after debarkation from our cruise and getting a room available for us pretty quickly. Allowed us to explore Miami and really enjoy our trip! The facility is clean, pleasant to be in, and very aestheically pleasing if that's your speed. Would definitely book again.

If you have an overnight layover at Miami airport & want a comfy, clean, & convenient hotel…this is it! We had an unexpected overnight layover & the hotel was a breath of fresh air after that snaffoo. Literally. Smells SO good! There is a restaurant in the hotel, but we wanted to make the most of our unexpected adventure, so the staff offered recommendations about restaurants nearby. We chose the Cuban one across the street & would eat there again! Only issue was there are no crosswalks close to the hotel, so we safely played frogger to get there. All in all, 10/10 experience. Love & highly recommend!
