Comfortable stay

Jessica at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. We only have 2 complaints: 1) when we walked in the room, it smelled musty and I have a severe mold allergy so I was worried about a reaction (didn't have one) but it would be great if the rooms could have the fans turned on before we arrive to air out the room. 2) we could smell the purple cleaner while in the breakfast area. It would be great if you could find a more natural cleaner instead of that strong smell/harsh chemical used around food.

Convenient for work. Auto front door doesn’t work for o er a month. No ice machine on first floor. Heater in room 320 could not adjust heat. Employees parked under in front under carport.

Hampton Inn - or Out?

Please fix all the broken stuff. It is hurting the brand. The first sign was literally a sign on the automatic main door to say keep it closed or the pipes will freeze. The one elevator was completely broken the other missing roof panel so you could see the wiring and escape hatch. Work out room out of service. We only stayed one night. Price was low for Hampton Inn - maybe they are losing the franchise. Breakfast was sub par. Room OK.

Disappointed

We had very low water pressure. The room smelled like sewer gas and was very strong. I ran water and sealed the drains and aired out the room but never really got rid of the odor. Front desk walked down to check and said if it did not go away she could call maintenance personnel rather than put us in another. Also they charge a $50.00 pet fee that was a surprise. 9# dog equals 5.55 per pound. Glad we didn't have St Bernard. Should have been upfront and did not think to ask. I understand a fee but really.
