I had a tick in my bed. The guy at the front desk could not understand why I was upset. Yikes, this happens when you do not have designated pet rooms. Also, the sofa was covered in animal urine. It stunk. I slept for a few hours and got an early start. Yuck.
Sofa with pet urine everywhere. Disgusting.

I always love staying here, the gentleman checking in every evening that I've stayed is so friendly and kind and helpful. The rooms are always cleaned immaculately and the beds are pretty comfortable too. I like the full breakfast and the customer service is outstanding.

Its a nice hotel. My room was on the freeway side it was pretty noisy with the traffic. The room was wondering and roomy.

This property could maintain a higher rating if they would either hire a professional maintenance person or handyman due to the crude workmanship and short cuts on maintaining their property. I wish I would have known that photos could be included on this platform.

Check-in was pleasant and room was quiet. Property is tired and dated with tears and holes in furniture and decor from the 90's, cracked and peeling drywall, and threadbare guest towels. Elevator from lobby has blazingly bright beach scene panels on all walls, which is a little bizarre for a hotel in WY. Breakfast was ok with waffle machine, warm sausage, and warm biscuit and gravy - along with continental food items. Property is decently clean and in safe area that is conveniently close to the highway.

Okay But Outdated

Service was great and I enjoyed a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was decent…but very slim pickings by 7:30 AM. The hotel has certainly seen better days and is a bit run-down. Bathroom towels, while clean, were stained.

Shabby and Unkept

The hotel was run down. Chipped paint everywhere. Dented walls. It has not been maintained since it was built. The elevator and hallways were not clean. The door knob to my room was broken. The room was not maintained. It was dirty. I definitely will never stay here again, and regret staying in the first place.

It was old and outdated. The inset light was coming out of the ceiling, the bathtub spout was wiggling and the shower spout was coming out from the wall. Room was very small
