Only thing that I liked, was it was a place to slee and get cleaned up... I did not like the fact that there is renovation going on and it was all unorganized and workers in the way of moving from assigned room to outside.

We were not made aware that the property was under a major renovation upon booking a non refundable reservation! Pardon our appearance poster didn’t seem like enough. All we needed was a bed, but it would have been nice to have at least a coffee offering before our early morning checkout! The room itself was clean.

Stat barely speaks coherent English. Door to bathroom was broken, supposed to be 2Q..was 2-D, construction debris everywhere, pillows were flat/hard (20 years old/nevervwashed?), refrigerator was no working, noisy doors slamming all night. Freeway noise was terrible-window didn’t close fully Decent breakfast

Very dirty random trash beds and broken furniture in gravel areas around hotel, stairwell was filthy. Room smelled strongly of cat pee. Upone further inspection several dirty sock had been found under mattresses, children’s toys under sink with a used toothbrush. Floor had not been vacuumed, wall mounted tv sitting on dresser. Was generous offed a refund or to move us to the microtel for the rate we paid at the pronghorn.
