No free water. They only order food for the Market, Once a month, so they had no snack for 6 days, at the end of the month which was most of our stay. I was pretty sure, I had a breakfast included booking, but they said I did not.

Staff made it great!

The staff was great- the lady who checked us in was outstanding (I think Kali). The bar tender was friendly and mixed a great drink. We had challenges in our travel and this was a turning point! We loved the downtown and Snowy Range Scenic Byway. Laramie is charming, people are lovely and the town has a relaxed vibe.

We stayed here while visiting at CFR. It was about an hour from the arena and was a lot less expensive than staying in Cheyenne. The property was nice and the staff were very nice!

Great location if you want to visit Medicine Bow National Forest. Breakfast is a 10% discount at Perkins attached to the building. Unfortunately it took almost an hour to order and get our food.

Had to fix my own partially clogged toilet because no maintenance people were available at 10pm. They asked if I could wait until tomorrow. I said no, do you have a plunger and I can fix it myself. So they went and got one. Everything else was great.

I had a late check in due to being at hospital and it was quick and easy staff were friendly and it was really clean from lobby to the room. Lots of pillows and nice bed. Was a bonus they had shampoo conditioner and body soap in dispensers since I wasn’t planning on being at a hotel it was a great surprise
