Good clean friendly decent location

Beautiful hotel both inside and out. Not far from shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly, professional and welcoming. We highly recommend Radisson by the Marina and will stay here again for our next trip!

The elevator was known to not be working. The staff did not put up any signs indicating we could end up being trapped. We were trapped. It was only for 10 minutes, however since we didn’t know how long it would be we were feeling quite anxious. We were upset to learn that the elevator had been having issues all day. The staff did not care and basically told us to relax. Not acceptable.

Great staff

We always stay at Versante Hotel when we visit Vancouver, and it never disappoints. The rooms are exceptionally clean, the facilities are well-maintained and easy to use, and the bedding is fresh and very comfortable. The temperature and humidity are perfectly balanced, making the stay even more pleasant. We also had a great experience with the outdoor pool and the gym—both are excellent and well-kept. Highly recommended!

Food at the restaurant is amazing and the staff are warm and welcoming. Always a great stay at Fairmont YVR.
