Flawless experience, they even took good care of me when I got sick during my trip and sent some complimentary drinks up to my room while I was recovering. Absolute first class service, I will stay here EVERY time I'm in Vancouver.

For a very expensive hotel, it was disappointing. There seemed to be a shortage of staff at reception. The room was pleasant enough but the platform for the bed was wider than the mattress and, as a result, I badly bruised my shin. The bed itself was comfortable, but the pillow were too hard and too thick for comfort.

Excellent hotel in a great downtown location. Very walkable to many spots and only minutes from the cruise terminal. Staff were very kind and helpful with a strong customer service attitude. Would definitely stay agsin.

Everything about our stay was fantastic. The staff were helpful and very pleasant. Our room was clean and very quiet which was surprising considering where hotel is located. We ate dinner at Moxies (delicious) and then walked over to Rogers Arena for a concert. Checking out was super quick and easy. I did deduct one star from the review and that is because of the elevators and the Parkade. There are two small elevators that are VERY slow. Now I understand that we were there during a very busy time but due to my disability I needed the elevator and sometimes you'd wait a loooong time. Also the elevator opens up directly into Moxies and there was a big line up to get in so trying to navigate elevator was awful. Also the parkade was dark, full of cobwebs and caution tape was up all around.... Not the most inviting. I will definitely stay here again (when I am able to use stairs again😂).
