Hilton hot tubs are the McDonalds ice cream machine. Out of 3 different Hiltons, not one had a hot tub that has worked. Staff was very nice at this location. But there is nothing to do in the town, we arrived on Sunday and the whole town was completely closed up. We stayed in this particular location to travel to the Star Plunge in Thermopolis to find out that it was closed back in January. The hotel was dated and the carpet in our room was very dirty.

The only reason we booked a room at Hampton was because it had a "hot tub". Much to our dismay, it was broke down. I will never book another room until I call first to verify that the hot tub is working!

This was a great place for my family to stay. The rooms are nice and quiet, along with very clean. The receptionist at night, Marissa, was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast in the morning had plenty of options for the adults and kiddos in our party. We will stay here again when we are in the area. Well done Hampton Inn

The staff was so great I cannot express how nice they where.We traveled with 1 non verbal autistic kid and one with cp and just wow on how they treated us.Sometimes it tuff to travel with kids but your staff went above and beyond.

Unreliable EV charging

We booked the Hampton based on advertised availability of EV charging, knowing that options are limited in central WY. Arrived very low on charge. 1 of the 2 EV spots was in use, and the other was occupied by a non-electric car; the hotel had a sign indicating the spot was for “Diamond Members.” There were only 6 cars in the parking lot, but the key spots were taken, so we were out of luck. Never again.
