Overall the hotel is excellent! But one of the staff members ( I wish i knew her name) at checkout was very rude

The room was nicer than I anticipated. The chair to the desk was Very worn and had missing material. The shower was too short for my husband (he's 5'11") and he had to crouch underneath it but it was good for me (5'4"). My husband felt the bed was too soft but he's heavier than I am. I thought it was fine. Nice hot tub outside by the pool. Area around hotel was ok. Not very classy but felt safe enough going for a few block walk. Some graffiti which I was surprised about. Maybe that's unavoidable. Shuttle to disney was a nice option. We took it twice- to visit the park and downtown disney. The french toast at breakfast has this citrus marscapone-so good. Bar food was also good, homemade tortilla chips and salsa-yumm. Overall a great stay, would probably stay here again.

Excellent

The room was comfortable. Some broken or worn down fixtures. Front desk staff was wonderful. Easy walk to and from the parks. Attentive, friendly lifeguards at the pool and water park. The only real issue was house keeping trying to get in before check out.
