3.5 stars. Independently franchised, good location and clean facility but too many rules- breakfast is rationed, pool towels checked out, lacking clean public restroom locked outside of breakfast hours and did not provide enough toiletries/toilet paper. I hope they are using the money they save to buy better mattresses. I think for the price the neighboring hotels might be more comfortable! Seems like staff is under strict management and you can feel the stress trickling down to the customer but they were all kind. Also, pool is wide open which I found a bit bizarre since the property had a lot of rules and also could be unsafe especially with all the small kids staying there to go to Disneyland! I wish I had a better report but it's best to be aware before you book this location.

The room was very clean. All the amenities were there. Despite being so close to the airport, it was not noisy at all. Had a good rest, after a long travel. Staff at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was basic but tasted delicious. Nothing to complain about, I would come back.

Good location for who I was meeting. Free breakfast but remember to tip those working hard to serve you. The map with written instructions to find my room after a 9 hour drive from Phoenix was very much appreciated.
