Everything! Hotel is so clean, so comfortable, even though they said there’s construction nearby I don’t hear anything. Quiet and peaceful. Staff very nice and pleasant. I decided to stay an extra night in same room and they accommodated me. I couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you all! And you bet I will stay here again.

The hotel is fine but, they do not offer shuttle services to the airport even though they’re in a cluster of hotels that anre very close to the airport. They told me that the service was recently dropped. Because I booked through a third party, I was not given the free water. Silly!

The property could do something about the doors bing closes… makes loud slamming noises. My neighbors were in and out all night after 11pm. I had to be at a meeting in the early morning but I couldn’t sleep well due to noise.

I would have given this hotel a better rating because the staff was serviceable and welcoming however the most important factor of a hotel room was subpar — the bed. The bed is absolutely in need to be replaced; the springs could be felt and when lying down you sink into the bed. Not restful at all. That being said, this is probably an isolated issue to a singular room, so I wouldn’t deter anyone from staying at this otherwise good hotel.
