The patio door had a locked screwed in with a piece of metal to hold in place with two screws. The screws weren’t in all of the way and the lock was loose. Anyone could kick that in. It was rigged. Very dated rooms.

Booked this place for my parents. They found a roach in the room. The sheets and towels were dirty. The room overall you could tell it wasn't cleaned properly. We stayed 2 days there and no cleaning was provided even upon request. Notified the front desk about the roach and the dirty room. Employee said, "ok we'll clean it." No apology and barely acknowledge me. Disgusting hotel and terrible enployees. Will not be back here. Stay away from this roach infested, disgusting place.

The bathroom have spiders and I reported to the main office and nobody when there to clean, i found one in the towels, the other one in the floor, and two more in the ceiling. The breakfasts lady was really mean she just served a little bit and we ask for little bit more and she dont wanted. Nobody when to do room service in the office say we have to be more then 7 day to somebody do a room cleaning dont matter i report spiders there. 😡😡 not even a discount offer me

Not that great. The pictures look better than the actual place. Daily the smell of weed and cigarettes was permeating the balcony around my room. I never felt 100% safe there. There were def sketchy people.

Don’t stay here

Right from start it dident start good walked in to a bug on the bed and was immediately grossed out won’t be back all they said these has never happens and dident believe it they changed us rooms and that’s it kinda nasty if you ask me won’t be back especially after right before we checked out we find another big what looked like to be a baby roach in bathroom.
