The hotel layout wasn’t ideal for us but the space was awesome. We had to climb three flights of stairs to get to our room with all of our luggage and it’s an outdoor hotel- then of course the key didn’t work so had to go back down lol. The bathroom leaked and one of our tvs didn’t work and the breakfast was the same thing everyday and you had to make sure you had your voucher ticket which wasn’t explained to us but we figured it out. Just a little different than what we’re used to. Probably wouldn’t stay here again, not my style.

When my husband and I checked in, the female at the front desk was rude. I called down to the front desk later that day to see what time breakfast was served for the next morning, again she had a snobby attitude. The breakfast was the same thing every morning and was always cold. And not once did housekeeping come to our room and tidy it up. Will definitely not go there again.

The staff was very courteous and friendly. The room was also clean, but the bed is pretty hard.And rough hello, with its extremely small, I think was a standard sight for a keen size bed.My head keep falling off the pillow, and it was considered a luxury room that I booked
