Rooms a bit small Hotel needs some updated Pool area nice Hot tub w

Affordable, clean and close to the Burbank airport, the rub is I-5 is literally a few feet away so the rumble is noticable.

Overall decent stay. Unfortunately our shower leaked all over the bathroom floor during each use and the issue was never fixed or addressed properly. Nothing towels can’t fix. Stains on most of the linens but not unheard of for these types of properties. Room service must be requested before 11:00 AM but if you request it at 10:52 you are denied, told that it must be requested before 11:00. The location was good and it was nice to be slightly tucked away from the street. On site staff were friendly. AC worked great. Lots of things near by within reasonable walking distance. For the room itself, one of those you get what you pay for situations.

The hotel was centrally located, very clean and the hotel team was very nice

The Garland was such a lively and fun place to stay. We stayed at two hotels during our trip, and I’m really glad this was one of them. The energy was great and the events they hosted were awesome. The pool and fitness center were really nice, and the room had a cool, groovy design while still being super comfortable. The trolley to Universal was one of my favorite parts. It was so cute and made getting there really easy. The restaurants both looked great, and I loved the store too. Everything felt thoughtful and well done. I would definitely stay here again.

No breakfast but they had a free shuttle bus. Everyone was nice.
