Definitely will stay at the palazzo next time we visit LV. Room and bathroom are clean and we feel safe. Cannot smell cigarette smoke from the casino!! That’s a plus!! Very convenient location and has lots of dining options.

The hotel is lovely and the staff amazing. All we came in contact with was more than pleasant and helpful. The only issue we had was that the mini fridge is stocked so you can’t use it for your own drinks!

The Front Desk was excellent. Our flight had been delayed, we arrived very late and o my had one night stay. We were upgraded to a room with a terrace and given late check out. I definitely want to return to ride the gondola and to try more of the fantastic restaurants.
