Per the directions from the front desk, my room was super far from self park - through very busy, crowded areas. Upon checkout, luggage services walked my luggage to the car using a route that took about 1/4 the steps. It would have been helpful for the front desk to give more user friendly directions.

It is a nice property, but they had a water contamination and I think they should have provided people with water bottles. I bought my own water, but they took it away at the Tao entrance, while they knew the water at the whole building was contaminated with coolant. We couldn’t even take a shower. Ridiculously, at the check out they ask for resort fees, while they should apologize instead. In other words they are just transactional , no humanity on their part.
