The room was clean except thr bathtub had hairs. Needless to say I did not take a bath. The room view was great. We got to see the Sphere from our room. The one thing I was disappointed was I did not get the text promised once the room was ready. I kept asking every hour. We arrved at the hotel around 10;30am. Next time, I wont upgrade.

The room was not as described on expedia so that was disappointing. When I asked the hotel for an upgrade their upgrade was moving us to the other side of the hotel, with no changes to the room that was as described in the expedia room details. The rooms have no coffee maker or a microwave, so you have to buy coffee from the local shops at high rates! Overall appearance and vibrant shape cleanliness of the Venetian is stellar mind blowing. The staff in all areas, including the valet, are amazing.

Dear traveller, don't fall for this! The room booked on Expedia was on the 3rd floor with a beautifil view of an air conditioning unit. When we booked it, it was advertised on Expedia as "The Luxury ....Room". It took a bribe for the check=in clerk to "upgrade" us to a better room for "just" $53 a night! This is a scam and we are not going to fall for this again. Expedia, if you care about yor reputation and your business, make sure something like this doesn't happen again to other travellers.
