My daughter and her family and I stayed while visiting my Dad. Very friendly service and we had an opportunity to see the horses go by on their way to their summer location. My Granddaughter loved it!!

Location and views were great. Room was comfy. Breakfast needs some help. Please use real eggs and sausage. Not sure what that was. Waffle maker was good and milk was good and cold. Need to fix the jacuzzi. Water was hot but no jets.

The employees were rude. The room was gross and dirty and above the main doors so all we heard all day all night were them opening and shutting. When asked to switch we were told no. The room was gross stains on the bedskirts and dust so much dust all over the hotel. My grandchild had asthma and that made her symptom worse. When checking out they charged my card a total of 901$ and when I questioned it they told me to leave. I was pissed. This hands down was the worst trip to date!

They didn’t clean our room. I don’t expect much, I just like the garbage changed. I would have had to ask for more towels if I stayed longer. They didn’t tell me upfront that they would not service the room. It seemed like they may have been short staffed. The bed was comfortable.

Room was dated; breakfast was subpar for what we expect from a Comfort Inn. I’ve noticed that any rooms booked through hotels.com are the grossest rooms the hotels have to offer. Comfort Inn didn’t do that until recently. Now, they also dole out their poorest rooms to guests who book with third party sites.
