This is a nice hotel, but it is dated and needs some upgrades. The hot tub wasn’t hot and they just kept saying wait it will warm up. Clean rooms and a good free breakfast.

Check in was fast and efficient, staff was excellent throughout. Exceeded our expectations. We traveled with grandkids so the three queen beds in our room were perfect. They enjoyed the pool too.

Staff were great and the location was easy to find. Pool and arcade were fun for the kids. Rooms were clean and neat. HVAC needs a renovation, but worked well and quietly. We were pleased with this hotel.

The property was fine, but the beds are invaded in plastic mattress covers. You feel like you’re sleeping in a crib. Sheets didn’t stay on bed.

The pictures on Expedia focus on the lobby area, but the rooms have not been refreshed since the property was built. We had a curtain and curtain rod laying on the floor of our room when we arrived. It was disappointing overall, but the breakfast was pretty good.

Liked convent location dislike how for example the lounge hasn’t changed decor in 30 - 40 years. Could stand a refresh in rooms, Bathroom ceiling had mold spots, curtain were ripped and very dusty. Back in the day this use to be the hotel to stay at not so much now. Complete refresh needed and bring back Sunday brunch…

This hotel is old, filthy, not maintained and poorly managed. We had black mold in our dirty bathroom, towels with holes in them and had to beg for maid service. We were told that because we already got discount pricing thru expedia, we wouldn't receive daily service. Barking dogs woke us each day. NEVER AGAIN!
