Check in was quick and smooth. The room was clean and comfortable. Older building, with age showing in some areas. The breakfast was hot eggs, bacon, sausage potatoes and french toast sticks. Additionally all the continental breakfast options. Food was hot, fresh and the service area was clean. The best motel breakfast ever.

Staff was very friendly, rooms were nice and clean, the atrium is very pretty with the waterfall and seating, breakfast was really good and we enjoyed beverages at the coffee shop and dinner at the restaurant lounge. We had a good stay. The floors were in need of vacuuming in the halls, and by the elevators and the atrium could have used a floor cleaning as well. There was construction on 2 of the floors, so kudos to the owners for updating and upgrading their rooms. My family would stay here again.

We stayed here before and it was fine. Disappointed this time as the place was under noisy renovations and the pool and hot tub were closed. There was no sign posted about the pool being closed and staff didn’t tell us when we checked in. When we tried to get in the pool area with our key card, it didn’t work so we asked the staff if the pool was open and the girl simply said “no” with no further explanation. The least you could do is put a sign on the door.

Pool was not working, toilet ran for a long time after flushing and didn’t flush well. Coffee bar was not open in the morning. Also hard to tell if the room was just out dated or if it needed cleaned better. Overall a disappointing stay.

We’ve stayed here twice and had a great experience both times. Clean rooms, nice facility, and close to a lot of food and shopping. We really enjoyed the indoor pool area too…. A bit loud when it’s busy, but that’s expected in an enclosed space that’s all tile and concrete. I’d recommend staying here, whether for a group gathering, or even just passing through the area.

The bathroom was dirty. There was dried pee on the toilet, hair all over the bathroom. There was also a clump of hair on the bed. It appears there had been a fight in the room sometime earlier, and the repair was not complete. Overall, not a great experience.
