I did not like it that the carpet was not clean. We had our dog with us and there were noticable pee puddles by the door. That kind of situation is an invitation to a dog to mark her territory. Luckily our dog did not leave her scent but I felt the carpet should have been shampooed before we used the room. I brought it to the attention of management before I left. Otherwise our stay was just fine. I would stay here again.

Bright, large atrium with good-sized breakfast area with hot options. Friendly staff on reception. The room was a reasonable size with comfortable bed & clean bathroom. Plenty of parking and supermarkets within a very short drive.

The room was dirty. The sheets were stained and had to be changed when I went to bed the first night. The carpet and furniture had stains.

The room was clean and adequate, and the breakfast was better than you'll find in most hotels. My only real complaint is that for some unfathomable reason the bathroom exhaust fan was always turned off at the time of day that it most needed to be running - early in the mornings when most patrons are taking showers and doing the morning eliminations. The exhaust didn't turn on until around 10 AM, by that time most guests that are not staying another day have already checked out, stupid, stupid stupid! Getting out of the shower with a mirror that is fogged over in a room that still smells like turds isn't the kind of thing that enhances the guest's.

The entire hotel looks shabby, inside and out...from the moment i parked my car from traveling. The AC in the room was the worst i have ever seen. Dirty. You could see all the dust and grime, not to mention little bits of trash inside the units vent. Gave me a terrible headache and i heard others in the breakfast area complain about not feeling well from their unit affecting their sinuses. Your facility was not even close to being full and yet i couldnt get an early check in..seemed very odd. I will look elsewhere for a stay when i come back to Sheridan wy.

Very personable staff! Was greeted with a smile and an impression that they were genuinely happy to be staying at this property. Room was clean and sea were comfortable. Have not used the breakfast offer yet. Will use this facility again when passing through the area.
