Ok place to stay due to location

Booked this room for my daughter as she had a flight the following morning. She only spent 6h there but said that it was really lovely and the bath was amazing and she wished she could have stayed a couple of days. Check in was via kiosk and she said it was straightforward. No shuttle was required as she was leaving from Terminal 3 and could just walk through from the hotel.

This is a very good hotel. However, the reason for the 4 stars is due to how small the room is. The staff are very helpful with the room clean.

Comfy beds, and easy walk to Shinjuku Station to access all trains. Great bathroom setup. Easy luggage storage option. Pro-tip: have a Japanese craft gin in the lobby while doing a load of laundry mid trip! Difficult to find coming from station on arrival, but the neighborhood is super easy to navigate after you’re settled. It would likely be our home base on a future trip.

Excellent location, although not as nice as the Blossom in Kumamoto or Kyoto.

Perfect with washer/dryer, meal utensils and a light burner. Wonderful
