Lounge upgrade is worth the fee. Less busy and the extras are worth it. The lounge staff are exceptional. The hotel I’ve used since the early 2000’s and they have never disappointed me. Even if you don’t upgrade you will not be disappointed.

It was great, however They insisted that they didn’t have info that one of the kids was 12 (despite that was part of the info requested when I booked) and unlike other hotels on this trip they didn’t make the room arrangements for this and an extra bed was not provided, so bed arrangements were not ideal

Truly 5 stars on the amenities and service! We checked in on a rainy day, and the staff took our luggage right away, and wiped each of the suitcase dry. We got the Superior King room, and it was very spacious for 2 people. We got an idyllic view of the Tokyo tower. Amenities in the room are abundant, from the slippers, to the little teas and chocolates they lay out during turndown service. Staff is amazing, special shoutout to the staff at the Cerulean lounge for their hospitality! Location is great! Within walking distance to the Shibuya station for the N’ex and Yamanote lines, about an easy 10 min walk. There is a 7-11 attached to the hotel, and plenty of dining options around. Will highly recommend this hotel and will be our base next time we are back in Tokyo

Had a great stay! The view from the top floor bar was excellent. Drinks and Sushi at hotel were great as well! Rooms were clean, spacious bathroom, and noise was minimal could not hear tv or voices in other rooms or hallway. Would absolutely stay again!

Perfect 5 star hotel

I have stayed in Tokyo at many different 4-5 star hotels and this is beyond my favorite!!!! It is close to everything including Shibuya crossing. The staff is so professional and nice. The views are mind blowing. This is the only hotel I would recommend to stay again at.

Great place. If traveling with kids below, be ware that they won’t be able to use any of the amenities including the swimming pool. Otherwise, restaurant staff is the best by far then the security as well as the reception personnel are amazing!
