I really enjoyed the hotel - but for westerners, especially Americans, the rooms are small - but comfortable. Good AC (we are here in June and it is HOT), loved the shower by the way - water pressure was great, very refreshing. Good Shibuya location, not fancy, but still very nice. Breakfast was really good. Also - I don’t know if they do this always, but there is free ice cream in the lobby/dining area for certain hours of the day, and free ramen 9-11 I believe as well.

Fantastic location right in the center of everything and 5 mins walk from metro. The onsen is separate for men and women as its naked but was clean and hot.free ramen in the evening was a lovely touch as was free ice cream. Room was goid size as i booked the upgraded twin. Will defo stay again.

The couple were super welcoming and made it feel like home. Even though they don’t speak much English we still managed to converse and overall had a great experience. The onsen was great after a long day of walking around. Would definitely recommend staging here for an authentic experience.

Cons: I could have given it 5 star but the bed (in our room 215) was uneven including the 2 pillows. And If you arrived at the hotel earlier tired and groggy from a very long flight the Checked in is 3:00 pm on the dot. (Not their fault) Pros: Good breakfast with great servers. The hotel location was great it was overall clean and quiet. Also fresh clean towels provided everyday. They give good yummy snacks too.

Very friendly staff. Rooms were clean but a bit older style. Wish I had known about the train tracks near my room. Trains woke me up one night. Also, there is mixed messaging about the tattoo policy. Sauna says absolutely no tattoos but staff gave us bandages to cover them up.

The onsen was a true perk at this hotel! Make sure to ask for tattoo stickers if you need them because the advertising is a tad mixed once you’re in the spa. The staff was great at providing extra pillows too. The hotel is also right by train tracks and would’ve been to nice to be aware of.

Great location, onsen was amazing, vending machine available. Free cold treats and yoghurt drinks avaliable daily. Free laundry for washing machines, 100yen for 20 mins of tumble dryer. Rooms were small ish but expected for Tokyo 👍
