Clean, but small. Great for solo travelers, but don’s expect a Western sized room. Decent sized restroom though. Laundry onsite, but the laundry is busy and don’t expect the front desk to help you find an alternate place. Not too far from Shibuya Station, but maybe don’t walk there from the station with luggage—it’s about 10 mins away by foot which doesn’t seem like a lot, but it’s hard to navigate a busy street, a little uphill, with luggage, in the cold. Easy access to all the action, local buses, and a kombini very close by.

I’ll give it 3 stars only because of issues with the AC that were not stated in the booking. We stayed now in November and although the hotel was in an amazing location and very central to everything the room was EXTREMELY HOT. The staff told us that during this time they only use a heater so to “crack the window open” however the window literally only “cracks” open, barely open at all. It was extremely hot in our room during our stay making it slightly uncomfortable. Other than that, the staff was very friendly and the room was in great condition.
