Breakfast on 25th floor with the rudest staff

1. No one at the check in counter and lack of clear signage. 2. Breakfast on 25th floor. Staff extremely unaccommodating and rude. When we overstayed the closing hour. Staff one time was rude and told us to leave instead of asking nicely. The next morning even ruder. Aside from the breakfast experience, everything was good.

we took the corner unit overlooking the shibuya crossing which was amazing. Also it was close to station and food court. The entrance to the hotel is in on the 5th floor and there were not any signs indicating how to get to this corner elevazor to acces the hotel?
