only one thing i don't like it, room too small

This was such a beautiful, pleasant surprise. The hotel was exquisite. The service was outstanding, and the staff were mostly helpful. ( except for one experience with a staff member giving us wrong directions to a very popular attraction… But these things happen. I wouldn’t hold it against the Hotel for that.) I would definitely recommend this hotel and plan on doing so for some friends who are coming in the fall I would also consider staying at other paradox hotels around the world You have made me feel welcome

Great location helpful staff

The check-in process was seamless and done pretty quick. The room was amazing and very spacious and clean. The bed very comfortable and the views were great. All in all amazing experience

Entering the hotel, ambience is amazing, staff were helpful (i did not try the automate check in), Amenities especially the pool were fantastic. Room was spacious and the seat by the window in our room meant i could read with a view which was amazing.

In the heart of Orchard Road shopping centres. Staff were polite and courteous. Sheets smelled fresh, room was clean, soundproofing good.
