Beautiful hotel

Beautiful hotel and great front desk staff, appreciate the free upgrade to strip view. The pool area is really nice too. Central location for walking the strip and convenient to see O show in the building itself, amazing show.

Security saved the day

The staff was so helpful and nice. When I forgot the button up shirt for my wedding ceremony, and realized at 530 Am, the security men went above and beyond to help me. Steven allowed me to use his freshly laundered and pressed shirt to use in my ceremony.

The Bellagio is a nice hotel. My critique would be that like many Vegas casinos/hotels there is a present smell of cigarette smoke which is disgusting. Having said that we got a non smoking room and the air quality was good while in the room.

The room was large and had everything we needed in it. The bathroom was also large, but the shower had poor water pressure. Room service was inconsistent. Room was made up daily but sheets not changed during a 6 day stay and sometimes the used bathroom items were replaced and sometimes not. We used the MGM app to check in and it was an easy process to get our room allocated via the app without having to queue up at the front desk which was great, as there were so many people in the foyer it would have taken a long time to get checked in otherwise. This hotel is very popular to stay at and has a lot of visitors, so it is very busy everywhere in the hotel. High traffic areas are the foyer and the atrium/garden area, which can make it difficult to get to the elevators to get back to your room with the crowds. It's also very popular for conferences. We stayed in the Spa Tower, which was convenient for the tram to Park MGM. We visited Park MGM food hall quite a bit, as it had a lot of options for meals, and it was less busy than the Bellagio and it's quite easy to get to. The ride share area / Uber is located near the main entrance to the hotel and it was an easy process to book via the app and get picked up in the dedicated area.
