They didn’t even offer an upgrade. I also tried to get a late checkout by half an hour and that was not even Granted. Staff were not friendly this time around. I have stayed in this hotel multiple times and unfortunately the attitude of the staff has changed. They were borderline Rude. One of the sinks in the room was clogged as well so I had to call maintenance to come and fix the drain. Anyways the VIP status didn’t exist at all. I am disappointed.

Everything was good the only thing I would probably enhance would be the WiFi and staying on this lower level floor looking at strip level view. It was looking at vents from the hotel rooftop. WiFi was on and off and connection wasn’t great - most of the time I was off the WiFi. The other thing was there was work (painting) I believe going on next door so that was a little off. Separate from the hotel offering- As a silver member I was promised the $40 for beverages when I booked the hotel but never received it after even asking through the chat option on hotels.
