A lot of the people staying there smoked openly outside the casino areas and no one stopped them. I travelled here with my kid and he kept complaining about the smell. For the price I do wish that the Wynn would take this seriously. Staff were pleasant and accomodating. Ammenities were good and we enjoyed the Awakening show at the Wynn. Would stay here again in the future

It’s terrible when you pay $75 dollars a day for resort fees, you are allocated slow internet, only two small bottles of water each day, when you phone asking for water they tell you to use the mini bar, $19 a bottle + taxes?!?! On top do this breakfast each day is chaos, omelette egg station has a two dollar bill there basically an indication for what?!?! Everything is about tips in this hotel, hardly any service! Huge disappointment, even upon checkout nobody asked how our stay was! Of course nobody wants to come to Vegas now, all about tips and money hungry hotels with their ridiculous resort fees! Even with that they expect you to be thirsty and drink from their ridiculous priced minibar! Unless you have big wads of cash to blow, stay away!
