Awesome find if you stay cold all the time.

This would have been a 5 star rating but one major drawback that would keep us from returning especially during the hot months is the air. It does not go below 72. I had to get a fan from the front desk and it was still hot in our room. We didnt get good sleep beacuse of this. If you took a shower it easily reached 75. I complained to the front desk 3 times finally i gave up even after they said someone will check our air. Couldnt tell much difference. If it gets to hot and humid after a shower its hard to breath because of my asthma. I told them this. Also the bathroom is a sliding door which doesnt give much privacy and the latch is a hit or miss my husband almost got locked in one day thought I was going to have to call front desk. Major pro to this hotel is the staff is quick on top of stuff. The food and the rooftop bar is chefs kiss. Its amazing views, awesome pool, and resturant with bar. Having food right on sight was a major plus and it was good also. You didnt have to go anywhere if you didnt want to. Its only maybe a little over a block to the beach with stores within walking distance also. Our room was clean it did need a few repairs but this area got hit hard by the hurricane so I overlooked it because over recovery. The valet gives you peice of mind even though it was 25 a day. They where always quick and efficient when we needed our car. Probably the best valet service I've had others have been a cluster

Location is key for this hotel. Short walking distance to very nice Madeira beach. Easy driving access to all directions for other attractions. Unfortunately, due to hurricane damage, much infrastructure around the hotel is gone so meal options are limited within walking distance. Hotel itself has limited menu and a nice top floor bar. Rooms are very nice but common area floors etc could use better maintenance, they clearly were not vacuumed during our stay with debris on the hall carpets. Also, $25 per day parking pretty much mandatory as no street parking is available. Despite all this, I highly recommend it basically because of its location.

The hotel is clean, the pool is really nice, they have events on the weekend and the hotel is extremely convenient to the beach. On the beach you can rent two chairs for $20.00. The downside is there aren’t a lot of things to do around other than the beach. The hurricanes hit the beach area shops and things pretty hard. There is very limited nightlife. Maybe 1 or 2 bars. St Pete is a short drive though. Another downside is having to pay for parking/valet. The hotel is very clean, and you can’t beat the price for the location.

The immediate surrounding area is still recovering from last year's hurricane. This did not impact our stay but should be noted depending on what you plan to do in the area. We enjoyed the hotel, the beach just across the street, and the tiki bar boat ride that launches from the marina behind the hotel. This is our second stay here and the staff is top notch and always helpful. The food at the restaurant is excellent. The rooftop bar and pool are unmatched in this area.

From Steve & Kim running the place to Tim bartending upstairs this place was fantastic. Food is delicious as well. Went with the family and it was very kid friendly. My kids loved finding and hiding the treasure coins daily.

We paid over $1k for 2 nights for a suite. The suite had no amenities except what you can find in a normal room. Small fridge, no utensils. We expected a little more honestly. All the stores around the hotel are closed down. The pool and hot tub close at 10pm and if you’re not at the bar you have to leave. Every drink that was made for me was horrible. However the staff was very nice. It was just an OK stay but we’ll definitely change hotels for our next stay.
