Beach view!!

I’ve stayed in this area many times. Great location. Right on the beach. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. We always made breakfast. We had a 4th floor into facing the beach, perfect! 4 adults for a girls trip stayed here. Perfect for 4, but I think 5 would have been a squeeze just because the pullout is right in front of the sliding door to the deck. Would stay here again.

Mom's birthday beach ⛱ vacation 2021

Perfect beach view from 4th floor balcony. Quiet property. Beautiful landscape, plenty of amenities to keep all ages entertained. The property has a friendly staff. Has shopping carts to use for luggage, groceries...you really don't wait for availability. Elevator was not crowded. Close to restaurants and shopping. We were a family of 6 and had quiet bedrooms to retreat to when needed.

GREAT location!

Condo was clean. Decor was outdated, but we weren’t there for the decor. Location was excellent. Walking distance to all the restaurants and bars and of course the water. Never even got back in the rental car until it was time to go home. Highly recommend!

Worth Facing Red Tide

Even with red tide, staying at Caprice was worth the trip to St. Pete. Not only was there enough to do on the property (pool, shuffle board, corn hole, etc.), it was also conveniently located around tons of in-town options. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely book again. Next time, we will enjoy the beautiful beach right in front of the condo... as soon as red tide is gone!

Location is perfect!

We enjoyed the unit very much. It had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was amazing. And the sunset from beach and property were spectacular. I would recommend this unit to future renters.

The overall process of renting this property was painless. Nice check in staff. Pros- great location, cleanliness Cons- air conditioning didn’t get cool enough & no ceiling fans in bedrooms. Also lighting in bathrooms could be better Last item which was huge was no beach chairs, umbrella or beach towels!!

The apartment met our needs. It was convenient to a lovely beach,Dali museum, and spring training. The balcony and living room were comfortable for relaxing. The kitchen was adequate for our needs- breakfast and lunch.
