General manager was rude (perfer not to discuss details), but he needs to tske the Ritz Carlton customer service class. We love the area and the rooms are very nice, but this visit the pool was green. Very disappointing since the weather was warm. Also saw GM smoking right outside the entrance. Not very professional.

Unclean moldy stay

When we first arrived we were told by the front desk they were giving us a room but had to switch rooms in day 2 of our 3 night stay then we discovered mold in our room by the window. The hotel public areas were so full of perfumed spray. The beds were way to firm and are a double when they advertise a queen. The pullout couch mattress smelled of urine.

There was black mold and dust looking stuff all in the shower and bath area it was very nasty and we had to clean it up I took a picture of that incident as well

Good and not so good stuff here

We liked the room and price compared to the nearby options. The front desk staff was really nice, the breakfast good, the room very roomy and comfortable. Everyone was so nice but I feel I should not the following. Maybe these were one-off, unique to us but we ran into some sketchy folks. Shirtless guy running down the hall by our room chasing his dog. Big pit bull getting on the small elevator "he likes to jump on people", so I waited to get on the next one. We had to call the front desk because of loud fighting and profanity next door. Marijuana smell often in the hall. I was fine with the issues but my wife would not stay here again.
