The dining room has a sliding glass door to the private Gulf front balcony, watch amazing sunsets as you enjoy your evening meal or refreshments. The 2nd bedroom has two Twin beds, a ceiling fan, and also has a view with a balcony. The Intracoastal Waterway gives you access to beautiful sunrises and keeps an eye out for passing dolphins too. The freshly updated living room has a view of the Intracoastal as well, with a TV, DVD player, and ceiling fan. This condo has an inside utility room with a washer/dryer and utility sink.
