Great place to stay in London being lovely and quiet. The room was quite small, but very clean and comfortable. The bar on the ground floor was very nice and relaxing. The only slight negatives are that most of the ceiling in our room (Room # 434) hadn’t been painted at all so we were looking at bare concrete above our bed. Also, our electronic safe stopped working so we had to get maintenance to attend to allow us to access our belongings before checking out in the morning. That being said, we would definitely return to this hotel in the future as the positives far outweigh the negatives.

The property location, design and everything was pretty perfect in my opinion. There was an issue with the soap dispenser (it wasn't working properly), there weren't any bathing cloths in the room, and when we got there we found a dirty towel on the counter above the toilet. Considering all of these minor issues I would still stay at Vertus Edit a second time. Customer service was great very warm and welcoming.

Good place to stay with a great view

Not that much. We are vegetarian. The Hash brown, not that cook well also we asked to make a omelette with onion but the chef doesn't know to prepare that and gave the half boil egg. Kids couldn't eat them. THE COFFEE Machine always in repair. Room clean is okay, it could have more clean, also there is no lift for other floors. We need to carry our luggages all the way to the stairs. Swimming pool is good but the steam bath room always not in good condition. Not steam enough. Toilets can clean more.

Really great value. The other end of Stratford is better but this is still really close to Westfield and trains/tubes. Slept fantastic.
