Book Orsett hotels

My experience at the Canary Ark Hotel was very disappointing and did not meet my expectations. The room was extremely small, and the bed was in poor condition it felt unstable, made a lot of noise with any movement, and sank in the middle, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. Overall cleanliness was below standard. The floors and surfaces were dirty, and the room had a strong smell of weed, which was both unexpected and unpleasant. I did not feel that the stay was worth the money, and I would not consider returning.

Breakfast was brilliant. Clean room, no parking around the area. Good location.

The room was like an apartment it even had its own dishwasher and washing machine… Amazing

Hotel was nice, staff were ok. Room was clean and tidy. I had an issue and it took a while to fix. Downside no A/C so had to sleep with the window open which was noisy.

The hotel is at a good location, a short walk to the “Tube” and easy to get to sites. The furnishings were dated and worn. The front of the bath tub was loose and the bathroom faucet dropped. I had a window with a nice view of the Tower Bridge. Overall the room seemed clean and the beds comfortable. The concierge gave us 2 universal outlet adapters with a $5 deposit for each

Arrived early to drop off bags. Gentleman at front desk was lovely… advised to call if we would be back later than 12am. When we came to check in the new man at front desk was quite grumpy. Not very welcoming and did not give us much information. We found more out from the TV in the room which provides information. However, the room, although small, was clean and modern. Everything you need for a little overnight stay. Was welcomed with a free drink as it’s was our anniversary, nice touch. Breakfast was above average for a b&b, good quality. feel in love with Canary Wharf while here! Great stay would come again. Thank you
