It was best hotel we have ever stayed in & the fact it was a yacht made it that more luxurious. The rooms were lovely & warm which is good for my fibromyalgia. At first I thought the meals were over priced till I tasted them & well worth the money! The hotel is amazing in total, it is my go to hotel in London from now on!

Very unique stay, really good location for the conferences and great views. Limited menu and beer choice. Rooms really big but bed was quite hard.

Relaxing get away

From start to finish our stay was wonderful. we upgraded to a suite, it was amazing with a large balcony and a fantastic view of the thames River. We had a complimentary mini bar, which was wonderful. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay.

The cabin was lovely, spacious and warm. The bed was super comfy. The staff were welcoming and friendly, especially Alex on Reception. Sadly, the dining experience was very disappointing. The dining area was very cramped especially at breakfast, which was more like a bun-fight. We had hoped the evening dinner experience would be more luxurious; but it wasn't. It was like having a meal in a canteen. We waited for a long time before our starter arrived, as they had lost our order! However, what we did have to eat was nice; except for the cold dessert being served on a warm plate!
