Room wax clean, staff friendly and explained that if I needed anything, like cutlery, more towels etc, to just ask. Pool was lovely, gym also was good. I didn’t use many of the facilities as was working, but had a nice area to sit outside in the evening and was ideally situated. It was very hot the week I was there, I left the window open all the time and that helped. No air con, but I’m not a fan of that anyway. People have commented before about the train noise, it didn’t bother me at all. I could hear it but it’s literally like for a few seconds. Bed and pillows were super comfy. Decent bedding. Shower, loo and sink, small but perfectly usable for average sized person. Shows power very good, Kitchen had kettle fridge, microwave and hob. When I got there fridge was on, which was good as meant I could get food straight away. Crockett, I had my own, so you might need to ask, but there were mugs provided. Loads of power points, both plug and USB ports both around the bed and throughout the room. Light switches controlling all lights by bed, door and in kitchen. Bathroom light turns on as you walk into it. Cafe down stairs nice and cool, plenty of seats and variety. I would certainly stay there again.

Unfortunately we couldn't stay in the hotel. We arrived, checked in and asked to move rooms due to the bed being so small so my partner & I couldn't sleep comfortably (the bed was smaller than a double) there was no aircon and it was unbearably hot. It felt very dark and dingey and most of the light didn't work in the room. It was so small you could hardly move. The staff on reception were so lovely and kind and helped us to get a refund so that we could check out and find somewhere else.

Disappointing to say the least

Made the booking on the basis of photos and location. We were on a tight schedule so pre-checked in and after many struggles found a way to book car parking. Upon arrival it was found that that we couldn't park without checking in.. there are several short parking spaces by the road but all were full ! After double parking over spaces I went to check in to be told the pre-check in hadn't registered, and the process had to be completed again with a requirement for phot I'd to be provided which has not been stipulated at any point in the booking, fortunately I had! Service at the desk was really slow and poor, key didn't work for the door! Check out was 11am but the cleaner let herself in at 9:45 explaining check out !!!! The room was very exceedingly small and no apologies from the front desk for any of this. Really shoddy tbh.

Not clean at all, room was not comfortable, studio apartment with cooking facilities but no utensils or equipment to cook with dust dirt and marks everywhere not even hoovered the floor, definitely would no stay again, can barely even bend down to spit your toothpaste out in the bathroom sink, toilet was broken just really not great

Staff could be more helpful upon arrival, not even handwash in the bathroom. One hanger in wardrobe. Bonus can wash hands whilst sat on the toilet its that small.

15 minute wait to check in. 30 minutes to swap room. Whilst waiting in the lobby overheard multiple residents complaining about their rooms. First room the door didn’t shut and it was dirty. Second room no air con.
