The front desk person who was supposed to check us in was extremely rude and very unhelpful. Instead of trying to provide a solution to our problem, which was a miscommunication on the part of the hotel, she basically shrugged her shoulders and said not my problem I can't hp you that's our policy. Luckily I was able to get help from the online support team and the manager.

Gym is rebuilding. Temporary gym is unusable and has a weird chemical smell. Pool is closed due to snow. Basically nothing that would make this a resort is open but they still charged me $30 for "resort fees". Not coming back.

2 out of our 3 rooms did not have a working heater. Our room which was a king with a balcony was unfortunately downgraded to a double Queen room. We were moved twice because of a non functional heater. It would have been great for staff to check before giving us a new room. We returned back after a late evening and the heater was not working. I did let the front desk know but we were too tired to do anything. The second to last day I did let the front desk know to look into it while we were out for a few hours. Staff said they would but didn’t do anything when I came back to follow up. We were moved again and finally had a room with heat.
