We stayed at the resort for 5 nights, and we loved it. The housekeeping was outstanding. The chairs and umbrellas service at the beach was wonderful. The hotel and swimming pools were clean. We traveled with kids, and they had fun. There are a lot of stores around, Publix, and restaurants. Close to Aventura Mall. The parking attendants were fantastic and quick. The only option is valet parking at the property.

This’s a way dated resort. I never expected it to be very outdated like that. Definitely not a Trump resort minimum standards. The bathroom door won’t lock, the carpet is dirty and too old. The room size is ok. The walls are not soundproof, my kids wanted to watch a movie one night and the person next door started knocking on our walls to shutdown the TV which was at sound level 40/100!! It was just a terrible experience. Be aware even if Expedia says all fees included, they’ll charge you 50$ per night resort fees and 50$ per night for parking. They valet parking takes 15 minutes at best to bring your car. I spent a 100$ in their arcade but it’s a deserted place, we were all alone in a small couple of rooms. Also, in breakfast espresso is extra charge, only coffee is included if prepaid for the breakfast. The breakfast was ok but boring, same thing daily, if you’re staying a few days, it may be a better idea to explore the area across the street from the hotel for more options.

Hotel is extremely rundown. After check out I received room charges that were noticeably inaccurate. After making numerous attempts (several phone calls) to get the matter resolved I was told I couldn’t speak with a manager and to dispute the inaccurate charges through my credit card. Horrible customer service, STAY ELSEWHERE!!!

Property is excellent and had many amenities to use. Things others should know before you book..resort fees are 45 dollars a night per room. Parking is 50 dollars a night per car. There is also aprox 150 a night incident charge needed up front..none of this is listed in tour package price..the onky complaints we have is valet is to fast and feels very rushed to the point you cant tip. The staff at beach side are helpful, but can be pushy for tips. Would 10 of 10 recommend this place otherwise.
