The staff and hotel were great! If I had one issue, it would be the temp in our room. The a/c didn't seem to cool the room too well.

OK but several issues needed to be addressed.

Property was fine, but the air conditioner in my unit did not work so the room was 74 degrees when I arrived. Had to wait for a maintenance person to make some adjustment on the interior air conditioning unit in the ceiling. Then it worked okay, but was still humid. There was a strong stench of mildew that overpowered the room if I tried to open the mini-fridge door. I also reserved the second floor board room for a meeting and the room was 45 degrees. The thermostat did not work, and despite asking staff twice to have someone address the issue, the room blew ice cold air the entire time we were there. The free breakfast was nice, but overall, I will not stay here again if I return to the Tampa area.

Our A/C would not get cooler via the thermostat. We were told that it was a property setting and that staff would have to come in the room to make it cool down. Unacceptable. if true, that access should have been given prior to our arrival.

This is a convenient and nice hotel for USF families. The breakfast had great options. The room was nice and clean. Unfortunately on a negative note the air conditioning unit was very loud and the shower lacked water pressure and dripped loudly all night. The parking rate is also a bit disappointing and was not expected.

It was nice. Con’s: Hotel beds really need to be queen, not double. Also, we were told keep room keys away from phone or they’d be wiped. That needs fixed! Hotel needs an update. Pros: Vies were so nice inside. Breakfast was one of best. Workers so helpful

Good but expensive

I thought the hotel was nice and in a good spot for what I wanted to do while in Tampa. It was pretty expensive and add $12 a day to park and at some point I felt like I could find a better deal elsewhere and probably will the next trip.
