No elevator. No warning that there was no elevator, which wouldn't have been a problem if we weren't traveling with someone who has difficulty with stairs. Carpet is stained. Bugs everywhere. Low shower head. Water temperature fluctuates wildly. I paid $138 via Expedia, but Google has the same from listed for $105. Still over priced.

The property is pretty old. Not sure if there are upgraded rooms but we are not in one of them. Unfortunately, the restaurant on site closed unexpectedly today and there seems to only be one restaurant in the downtown (One Eyed Buffalo) which was a very good brewery. This hotel is okay for staying a night while traveling through the area but definitely not a destination.

Motel 6 cleanliness with Holiday Inn price tag

Hotel is very dated, dark and generally felt VERY overpriced regardless of the season. $160 is what I paid and it felt like we stayed at a mid level Motel 6. Rooms had 2 full size mattresses instead of queens. Rooms could have been cleaner. It looks like one floor is getting some very minimal renovations, but everything on the second floor seemed to be original to the building. I see why they have been unable to maintain their Holiday Inn and Days Inn franchise names over the years. I doubt I will ever stay here again.

Old Holiday Inn that is out of date, and carpets worn and dirty. Door opens to parking lot and into hotel, but noisy when cars and trucks start. Feet got dirty when walking barefoot. Bathroom was not venting. Rooftop unit wasn't sucking any air.

I stayed here for work for the second time in the last couple of months. The only thing wrong is it needs updated. It’s clean we ate dinner there, meh it was ok, it was not bad it was an opened face hamburger sandwich. Will I stay here again, YES. It served its purpose for what I need in 12 hours. A clean bed to sleep in, a clean shower, a meal to fill my belly.

Great after a long day on the road

The Hot Springs Hotel and Spa was great loved the Mineral Spring Hot Tub it was great after a dsy of driving. The Safari Room Restaurant attached to the hotel made for an easy dinner . Very unique with a mineral spring hot tub !!!

Our room smelled and the bathroom was in terrible shape - mold and mildew on the tile, ceiling was falling apart. Not one of 4 people used the shower and we were more than ready to leave in the morning.

Room is outdated the picture they advertise, are not all the rooms the room we got was old bugs all over the inside off the windows way over priced you're better off with an eighty dollar motel. The restaurant it was nice food was good. The staff was nice. Looks like the owner needs to focus more on his hotel.

I LOVE this place!! You can't beat the location, it's quiet and clean with large rooms, a good size mini-fridge and microwave and the most wonderful small hot spring outdoor large hot tub overlooking the river and swinging bridge. Breakfast was good and located in a true WY-style "safari room" plus it's right next to the Wy Pioneer Home. It's in the town park that has the famous free Thermopois/Hot Spring springs and terraces. The best part was the staff--the gal at the front desk was wonderful!

There were a lot of issues that had to be resolved during my stay. We tried to eat at the restaurant and it was closed when we went during posted open hours. The common areas needed a lot of attention. Upkeep and maintenance seemed to be lacking. Loved the location, within the state park and walking distance to the hot springs.

Pleasantly surprised! Nice rooms, guest laundry, great breakfast, restaurant attached (had a wonderful dinner there) toured the hot springs state park in which the hotel is located, had a mineral water hot tub - pretty awesome, nice clean swimming pool, even had warm cookies and coffee available in the lobby! Highly recommend!

The hotel was more run down and dated than appeared in the photos. We also did not expect to encounter the many framed photos of hunts, killed animals and taxidermy on the walls of the lobby area and hallways. Not a fan! On the other hand the location was great. We enjoyed visiting the state bathhouse and walking around the state park.
