The location was awesome. The only complaint I had was you are unable to control room temperature from the room, so my room was a lot warmer than I like. They mention you can rent a fan from front desk, I think the rooms should just have a fan. Also would have been nice if they had couple of chairs to sit on while waiting to check in. And maybe a bench out front to sit on while waiting for an uber or airport ride.

Hotel and staff were A+. This hotel is right in the action. You go out 50m and there are hundreds of people. We knew Shinjuku was dirty in the morning but we got to experience it. Do not be surprise when you walk out, you will see LOTS of trash/food on the ground. There are workers who clean up every morning. It's a party spot but we felt safe.

A great room, very clean and well appointed, courteous staff, and easy check in and out. The breakfast was great - Indian, Japanese, Nepalese, and Western style, served by a really friendly Nepalese guy with dreadlocks, set to rockabilly music. I would detonate stay again.

This place is located very conveniently in a busy area in Shinjuku, but it’s very safe and quiet. My husband and I enjoyed the wonderful breakfast and were grateful they held our luggage for a few hours. The hotel is very clean and the staff was very helpful. Thank you for making our stay very comfortable.

Room has all the amenities you need. Clean. Well lit. Convenient. A bit small rooms but that's to be expected. The one issue is the outside advertising noise. It plays the same songs over and over and over every minute which drives you crazy.
