Nothing unique. Rooms are dated and in need of some TLC. I was surprised by the lack of engagement from the front of house staff, who were seemingly not interested in assisting the guests, a very laissez faire approach. This is in sharp contrast to the service I received everywhere else in Japan. Wouldn’t stay again or recommend to a friend

Daiwa Roynet Hotel Nishi Shinjuku PREMIER was clean, a quick walk to the subway, and with a few options for eating nearby. Check-in was simple, and the staff was pleasant. It's not frills but ultimately a fine place to stay while in Tokyo!

Everything about this place was nice, except our std. single room was not big enough to open 2 24" suitcases so it was a little cramped. I loved the smart tv, the full strength shower, the nice towels everyday and the help that the staff gave regarding my miscommunication with the shuttle transportation. I especially liked the 7-11 in the basement and the laundry room. Thanks for a nice stay!

Excellent Stay – Clean, Quiet, and Thoughtful Service! I had an amazing stay at Daiwa Roynet Hotel Nishi-Shinjuku PREMIER. From start to finish, everything was exceptionally clean, and the staff were incredibly polite and helpful. One of the standout features was their room cleaning system—if you opt out of daily cleaning, they provide a bag with fresh towels, toiletries, and bottled water, which was a fantastic and thoughtful touch. The showers were incredible too. The water pressure was on point with both a rainfall and wand option. The location was excellent, just a 5-8 minute walk to the subway, making it easy to get around Tokyo. Despite being so central, the area felt very safe and quiet, which made for a restful stay. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and well-maintained place to stay in Tokyo! Would definitely stay here again. 🚆✨🏨

Very good choice

Originally, I chose this hotel because of location, 8 min walk to our meeting place for our Viator excursion to Mount Fuji. Service, breakfast, and cleanliness is awesome. There is a 7-11 store towards the back/basement of the hotel, which is very convenient. Walking distance to Nishi-Shinjuku train station and bus stop. We booked Airport Limousine bus ($22 per person) as transportation to Narita airport, and pick up location is at Hilton Hotel nearby, about 1 block away. I will stay at this hotel again next time we’re in Tokyo.
