The front desk receptionist, Shogaki, was very nice and professional and helped us plan our subway routes to our attractions. The food in the restaurant, especially breakfast caters to local people. The rooms are nice but very compact with no room to walk around. It may be also that my room had three beds in it. The main things that I dislike is that the hotel doesn’t try to accommodate international travelers who fly 11-15 hours to get there and are at the mercy of the airlines. If you arrive anytime after midnight you have to wait until 2:00pm to check in. We got there at 4:30 and were told we couldn’t check in until 2:00pm. You would think that our rooms would be ready. After 5 hours of waiting I was informed that I could pay 2000 jpy for each of my rooms to be ready at 12 to check in as soon as room service was done. The hotel location was great. Right by the subway platform. If I could change two things it would be the checking policy for international travelers and also a better food variety for Westerners.

We had an incredible stay at Daiwa Roynet Hotel Nishi Shinjuku PREMIER. Everything about this hotel was perfect for our trip. The location is ideal: just a short walk from the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku, yet nestled in a quiet, peaceful area that offered a nice break from the city’s energy. The hotel itself was spotless and well-maintained, with modern, comfortable rooms and excellent amenities. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. It offered great value for money. Whether you’re visiting Tokyo for the first time or returning, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and relaxing place to stay in Shinjuku.

This is my second time choosing Daiwa Roynet hotel. Me and husband are very satisfied with the hotel's service. The room is clean, tidy and comfortable. The hotel staffs are also very friendly and have a good service attitude. The breakfast is also delicious!
