Super friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are a bit small, but you are in Tokyo and that has to expected. That being said, the lay out of the room was fine. Subway is right next to the hotel. I would stay again on my next trip here

Great for our 5 day trip to Tokyo. Large room and balcony by Tokyo standards. Great amenities, good staff, comfortable bed, and fantastic shower. Only 2 minor negatives : 1 - The lighting is quite poor which makes it difficult to do hair and make-up. 2 - Noise from the trains is quite loud, fixed by using earplugs, perhaps some should be provided by the hotel.

This was our second stay at Mitsui Garden Hotel Jingugaien Tokyo Premier, and we really love this hotel. The location is fantastic – right across from the Olympic Stadium and very convenient for transportation. On clear days, you can even see Mt. Fuji from the hotel, which is a real highlight. The public bath is lovely, the bar is a nice touch, and the staff are consistently kind and helpful. The only real drawback is the room lighting – it’s quite dim and can be frustrating when trying to read or get ready. That aside, the comfort, location, and overall experience keep us coming back. Highly recommended for Tokyo stays.

No complaints at all! This is a fabulous hotel located in a wonderful area! It’s in a quiet neighborhood with minimal traffic. Right next to train station, so that is convenient! Hotel is very clean, and all staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We booked the corner room for 3 people and our room was huge (for Japan)! I would highly recommend this hotel! You will not be disappointed!
