Nice rooms if a little small. Staff were lovely. Breakfast service was very busy, but nice with a great variety. Room was quite noisy being close to a busy road and train tracks, but nothing major. Rooftop terrace had amazing views inc Mount Fuji!

The room was spotless, high quality bedding and furniture. The room was cleaned every day with fresh towels, fresh PJs, and new coffee/tea packets. They also provided water bottles. The room was beautiful and relaxing and I felt at home. Staff was very nice. No notes!

The only unclean hotel floor and balcony I stayed in while in Japan, the hotel caters heavily to the western tourist boom with very few Japanese. But it would be nice to see the same high standards. Only allowed 1 key at a time which was very distrustful and offensive. The room looks much larger on the photos. Was unhappy with overall stay experience.

Highly overpriced for what it was..coming from a proper 5 star in Yokohama this was vastly disappointing.. towels were like cardboard, no robes, gym was a joke.. like 4 cardio machines that’s it.. not one weight machine or dumbbell…restaurant a zoo and subpar.. I’ll never stay here again at that price far better value for money in Shibuya/ Shinjuku

Room is clean. Staff are nice. A lot of foreigners with some being loud or dirty or inappropriately behaved - as if they are in the mode of “what’s happens in Vegas stays in Vegas” mode type behaviour. It’s unfortunate that in this hotel you do not feel the Japanese calm but rather you feel like you are in Europe or North America. No one needs to hear your discussions during breakfast or in the elevator or in the hallway. Foreigners are destroying Japan s calm which is maintained by keeping to self and being quiet during meals, riding elevators or not have discussions in the room hallways.
