The staff was very nice. I only had one issue and they got back to me quickly. It was very clean and tidy. The only real complaint was the mattress I slept on was very used not comfortable and had a concave. Other than that it was good. It was extremely tiny, but I knew that going in, so no complaints there.

Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort
狭い室内は長く滞在する者にはつらい！。椅子机を置く場所が無いのはわかるが？新しく清潔がありいいと思ったが寝具、タオル等、クリーニングしてあるのか？ダニ？のみ？刺された。そしてなにより1番驚いたのが女性の髪の毛がいたるところから出てくるのがいやでした。決してあってはいけないと思う！！
