The property is located in a busy street full of restaurants. You can't hear any noise from the room. Shinjuku Sanchome station is about 1 min walk to C3 entrance and less than 10 mins walk to Shinjuku station. The room is descent size and can accommodate multiple luggage. Amenities are descent and the staff are helpful

Staff pleasant and professional. Room good size for two people. Quiet, no noise from other rooms nor hallways. Bathroom very clean. Great shower and bidet! Location is excellent. Subways 30 second walk. Heating and air conditioning perfect and easy to use. Get simple operating instructions from lobby. Third year in a row staying here.

Loved how there was a row of cool restaurants right outside the hotel. Also relatively easy access to rest of Shinjuku and being just two blocks away from Shinjuku-sanchome station was very convenient.

Great property and great location! Breakfast was good and staff were excellent. Would definitely recommend - I would try to book a larger room next time - I'm not sure who uses a trouser press or a washing machine over a three night stay and this took up significant space in the room but we loved it anyway

Recommended, good hotel in a great location

Great hotel in a very good location, super walkable to all the local sights and public transport. Room was comfy and clean and a good size given the area. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again
