The room size and in room amenities were good, we loved having laundry for free in the room. There was usually dirty laundry and garbage left in the hallways, and the floors and some linens were dirty during our stay.

Would not chose a second time.

Room felt old. Carpets had stains and hallways were kind of gross. No air conditioning in the hallways and it was about 97 degrees with 80-90 % humidity every day almost. Met other guest using the down elevator who were sweating profusely and had the same complaint. Also, they had this croissant locked box for breakfast? It was only available to access between 3pm and 7pm. The time most likely everyone was out.

Very decent

My trip was elevated by my stay here. It was my first international flight as well as my first solo trip so I got lost as soon as I landed. Thank goodness this place had midnight check in so I had time from when I arrived to show up. My whole stay was great from the moment i entered my room till I left. Room service was non invasive and only showed up to clean if you wanted them to. AC was a nice touch given the heat. Not too much to complain about however I wish the trash can was a bit bigger (that thing is TINY). I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent place to stay thats close to a station.

Love the lounge area. Although it is small, it is cozy and does not get too crowded too. Free coffee, tea and snacks provided. The rooms comes with washer & dryer which was really convenient for travelling in Japan, since I had to travel light. The room was compact and had everything I needed.
