Had 3 nights booked, prior to checking in attempted to revise down to 2 nights. After speaking with Expedia both the agent and I attempted to cancel one night and request a refund. Unfortunately UNPLAN wouldnt grant it stating policy has a minimum cancelation time, definitely understand this but had hoped they would work with me being I wasnt canceling entirely, but was disappointed.

Very nice stay with a delightful breakfast included at an excellent price - this venue is mainly foreign tourists. The women's only floor was lovely but the top bunk was difficult/slippery to climb in and out of, and also had light and noise filter in. It was pretty crowded.

Dust and mold everywhere. Felt stuffy the whole time we were there, ended up leaving after the second night. Great vibe, definitely a party hostel. But spend some money on someone to actually clean the place. The sink pictured was dirty all 3 days. There was poop on the walls in the bathroom. I get hostels aren't supposed to be 5 stars, but some simple cleaning and new filters would go so far. You can see the dust particles in the air! I don't want to think about how often they clean the comforters.
