Hell's Kitchen all inclusive resorts

The only negative thing I will say is that it is LOUD. There is a ton of street noise, petticabs with music blaring and sirens, etc. And the rooms themselves have thin walls so you can hear everything in the rooms next to you. That being said, the hotel was beautiful, the hotel bar is swanky, staff was super nice, beds and pillows were super comfy, shampoo smelled heavenly and everything was clean. I would definitely stay here again as I am not bothered by the city noise.

Staff was absolutely fabulous!! Loved stay here! Cannot wait to come back! Rooms were clean, well appointed. Breakfast was really wonderful. Location is superb.

Excellent location, and very friendly staff.

Staff is extremely friendly, rooms are very modern and clean, food and bar staff were incredible. This is our second time at the hotel and we will be back again!
