Great hotel. Great location. Pricey but nice. We had a great view (by request and surcharged). Have stayed 3 times so far. All good but must admit wear and tear is starting to show on room furniture. Mattress springs were compressed on edge of bed pretty bad. Rest of mattress was fine. There's not a lot of space in the room (like any NY hotel) so the edge of the bed probably gets a lot of use....but all in all would likely stay again due to proximity to family residents.

Housekeeping staff was great and did a good job everyday but the person we first met on arriving was rude. We understand rooms may not be available for early check in but the same can be conveyed in a kind manner. We reached early so they gave us access to a common guest washroom which was terribly dirty and started the trip on a bad note.

The hospitality here was top notch. I was given cookies and water upon entry and Kevin at the front desk was the nicest. The bellman was also very helpful and had suggestions for travel logistics. The room was very clean (when staying in the Times Square area, do not expect a huge room) and the room had everything I needed to feel comfortable and safe for the night. Within blocks of subway stations and travel was convenient, though I do suggest planning out your travel routes ahead of booking if you have luggage. Would recommend!

Front desk was very friendly. A man named Mohammad who allowed us to check in early and gave us a room upgrade. Very helpful and accommodating so would recommend this hotel. The rates are pretty good and you are close to Penn station which is easy to get uptown or downtown to all the tourist spots. The hotel room itself is clean and the bed was comfy. I don't think I've ever said this before, but shower pressure was too much - only downside of the room. Aircon, coffee, towels - everything you need. The breakfast bar (Starbucks) downstairs is great addition and perfect to get a morning coffee on your way out. We stayed the day we checkout, but you can store your luggage until 11pm for $5. Again, would definitely recommend.

Micro rooms are clean and all you need in NYC. The sheets are a bit ruff; otherwise, all good.
