I liked how clean the room was. Good breakfast variety. Nice staff. Good location.

I was pleasantly surprised. Food was really good. Only thing is I had no view from my window due to its location but that is minor because I wasn’t in the room much anyway!

Check in was smooth and without any distress. Was offered warm cookies. Enjoyed our quick overnight in this hotel.

The front desk clerks were Professional and Cordial. Specially Ms Lisa who assisted us in a personal family emergency was great, my wife and I are greatful to Lisa and the Grand Concourse Hotel

Staff were super friendly. The pool area has a kids area, my grandson loved! Rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable.

I had a great experience at the Best Western West Towne Suites in Madison. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff stood out with their warm, friendly, and consistently helpful service. It really set the tone for the whole stay. The room itself was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable—exactly what you want after a long day of travel. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the little touches that made the space feel inviting. One of the best surprises was the made-to-order breakfast. It was a real treat to have a hot, customized meal each morning, in addition to the usual continental options. A great way to start the day! I’d absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Madison area—whether for business or leisure. Great value, great staff, and a great stay!
